Max.com/providers

You want to watch Max shows on your TV. You pay for a subscription through a cable or internet company. You need to link your provider account to the Max app. This process takes a few minutes. You need your phone or computer ready.

➜ Turn on your TV and open the Max app.

➜ Select the Sign In option on the main screen.

➜ Choose Sign in with a Provider.

➜ Look for a 6-digit activation code on your TV screen.

➜ Keep this screen open.

➜ Grab your phone or computer.

➜ Open your web browser.

➜ Go to max.com/providers.

➜ Enter the 6-digit code you see on your TV.

➜ Search for your TV provider or mobile provider in the list.

➜ Select your provider.

➜ Enter your username and password for that provider account.

➜ The screen on your TV updates automatically.

➜ You can now watch Max.

Q: My provider is not on the list?

A: Max does not work with every provider. You must check the official Max help center for a full list of supported partners. You need to subscribe directly if your provider is missing.

Q: The code does not work?

A: Activation codes expire quickly. You must get a new code. Go back on your TV. Select Get a New Code. Enter this new number immediately on the website.

Q: I forgot my provider login?

A: You cannot log in without it. You must go to your provider's website. Look for a forgot password link. Reset your credentials there before you try to connect Max again.

Q: Do I pay extra for Max? 

A: Many plans include Max for free. You check your bill or ask your provider. You pay nothing extra if it is part of your package. You pay a monthly fee if you sign up separately.
